To begin, you’ll answer a few questions like your fitness level is and how long you want a workout to be—10, 20, or 30 minutes long. The AI-powered app will then create a plan based on all of that information.

When you’re ready to workout, each of the calisthenic exercises offer a clear instructional video so you’ll know exactly what to do at each step of the routine. The app also offers tips to get the most out of the exercise and show what muscles are involved.

It’s also easy to create a custom routine by selecting your own rest period.

One of the best features of the app is that it dynamically adjusts the routines as you get stronger. It will provide a variety of exercises to keep working out fresh as you improve your strength.

CoreMesh is a free download now on the App Store for the iPhone and all iPad models. A subscription is needed to use most of the app’s features.

There are three different options—$34.99 per year, $19.99 for six months, or $4.99 monthly. You can also try out the subscription on a free, seven-day trial.
